Returns and Exchanges.

A return for items purchased must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items.

Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping costs. Harper Hughes Home will determine the shipping carrier for the returned item. The rate for the return shipping is subject to be higher than the original shipment. Insurance costs for shipping will apply to the returned item.

Items must be returned in the same condition as they were purchased from Harper Hughes Home.
